DYING YOUNG

I gave up on dying young when I started feeling so old. So, I thought I'd live forever.. but, I'm not completely sold. There's a guy I know from back home, said "there's an end where there is a start". I guess I ought to listen, but, we both know that I'm not that smart.
I know I never come here... but, I hope you understand.
It's not that I don't miss you... it's just not who I am.
I'm not sure how to explain it, or if I even should... I just never thought me standing there would do you any good. I just never thought me staying here would do you any good.
You were always the biggest man, that I ever knew... I'll probably never see your grave... but, neither will you.
